Terms & Conditions

Reservations

  • Your reservation is confirmed once the required pre payment has been received.

Payment

  • A 50% pre payment is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid upon checkin.

Rates

  • Rates are subject to seasonal changes and availability. A one-time cleaning fee and 7% tourist tax apply to a reservation.

Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in from 3:00 PM

  • Check-out before 11:00 AM

  • Please let our local management know your arrival in advance. Contact details will be shared with the booking confirmation.

Cancellation

  • Cancellation policies will be confirmed at the time of booking.

General conditions

  • Maximum occupancy: 2 guests.

  • No smoking inside the apartment.

  • Please respect the peace and privacy of other guests.

  • Guests are responsible for any damange caused during their stay.

  • Use electricity (Airconditioning in the Living Room) wisely.

Liability

Lagun Paradise Curacao is not liable for losses, theft, personal injury, or damage to personal belongings during your stay.
